The Biochemic system owes its origins to DR Wilhelm Heinrich Schuessler, a German doctor of medicine who was also a biochemist, physicist and homeopath. Sodium Sulphate (abbrev. Nat Sulph.). Nat Sulph. has an affinity for the intercellular fluids, liver, pancreas, bile, intestines, and descending colon. Generally, Schussler’s biochemical salts are used in sixth decadia enforcement (6DH or 6X) in powder and pills and are granted under the blade. Always begin with 6x. Later when body reponds well and is in a finer state --30x can be used

The pills are generally taken from 3  up to 6 days, in  3-4 sets.  Take 4 tabs each time of each cell salt.  Each cell salt should be taken min. 30 mins apart---1 hour is better.  But in serious situations, a cell salt can be taken each 30 minutes.

If powder can be dissolved straight in the mouth or in half glass of water and be granted at the duration of day, sips-sip, at least15 minutes far from the dinners.

Calc. Phos is of vital importance to growth and maintenance of healthy cells and  is needed in the bones, the blood, ova and semen cells, the liver, the salivary glands and, in a greater concentration in the thyroid gland.

Calcium phosphate has five main functions, and especially deserves to be called a "life-sustaining mineral." It is the main component of bones and is necessary for their development, giving them solidity and the capacity to bear weight. It has a role in dental formation, and is a bonding agent in the organic construction of protein. As a blood-building tissue salt it fulfills another important task: red and white blood corpuscles, the main component of which is calcium phosphate, are formed in the bones. Moreover, this salt is also necessary for bonding of blood proteins, and it is an important blood-clotting factor. If calcium ions are missing, then clotting is slowed or seriously disturbed.

This mineral salt is the main remedy for cramps, since calcium phosphate has a calming and relaxing effect on muscle functions and on the entire organisms.
